When you place your order at WODEN.com we reserve the amount in your account. Only when your order is shipped from our warehouse, the amount will be withdrawn from your account.
If you have placed an order at WODEN.com, but did not receive an order confirmation, check if your email ended up in your spam/unwanted emails. If that is not the case, please contact us on the contact form here. We will follow up and resend your order confirmation.
Changes in your order:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add more products to your order.
Depending on where in the process your order is, we have the possibility to cancel your order, but when the item is packed and shipped, we cannot cancel nor stop the order. If you do not want the product, you can return it.
Changes in the delivery address: We cannot change the delivery address when the order is accepted. You should therefore contact the transporter mentioned in your order confirmation, with your giving tracking number and ask them to change the delivery address.
Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping to business and home delivery on orders above €65.
Orders below €65 we will charge a shipping fee of 5€
Duty - Relevant for Non EU customers:
WODEN will pay the import duty for your order. Please be aware before ordering, that further export duty costs and handeling will be added to returns, and return handeling take longer because of this for non EU customers. Please contact our customerservice team if you have any further questions.
Yes, when you have placed your order, we will send the order confirmation, where you will find your tracking number. With this number you will be able to track & trace your order.
Your delivery will arrive within 2-5 weekdays.
Orders placed before 12:00 AM, will be packed and sent the same day.
UK orders will currently arrive within 5-10 weekdays, due to Brexit.
We will ship your package with GLS and DHL. We offer business delivery and home delivery.
Return and complains
Yes. We have a 30 days return policy from the day you receive your package. This is extended in connection with purchases on Black Friday or during holidays, such as Christmas and Easter.

Be aware of the fact, that you must return your product within 30 days.
When we have received the package and inspected it, we will return the money to the same bank account as used for the purchase. This can take from 1-7 weekdays depending on payment method and your bank. In most occasions it will only take a couple of days.
If an article was defective at the time of sale, you have the right to exchange it for a new one. Your claim must be made within a reasonable period of time once the defect has been detected.
We encourage you to submit your complaint through this link. We always need photo documentation of the damage to assess your complaint. If the complaint is justified and timely, the price of the item will be refunded.

Products purchased on WODEN.com can be claimed by submitting your complaint here. Send pictures of the defect product and describe the reason why you want to claim the item.
Note that products not purchased directly by WODEN.com must be claimed at the retailer where the product was purchased.
